Any idea how to make them not overlap? I cant make the pie chart larger.

That is a classic short-coming of a pie. That is why I never use a pie. I suggest that you change the chart type to a bar, then change the orientation to horizontal by going to the Style tab. Make sure that you sort in a descending Y value. If you need the %, you can always check the 'Relative' check box in the expression.
