We have one domain where we have only say one region of US. So all people under that domain have been configured under the ldap group.
But other regions of US and even our Europe,India,Asia regional users are on different domain I believe and they do not log through Ldap configuration.
We create a password for them and that password will be used by them through. So its not going through ldap configuration. If they forget their password, they will come to us and we would have to reset the users password on the windows box. These users are created on the windows box as local users.
People that are connecting through ldap are visibile as users and there is no reason to create them as local users.
The QVW which tries to load the data from LDAP loads only the partial data frequently. We are unable to find the root cause of the issue as the QVW doesn't fails but it loads only the partial data.Can someone please help us to identify the root cause of the issue. It has been happening from quite a long time but we didn't succeed in finding the root cause of the issue. Hope someone can help us for the same.
