Lease License Error - Test Server

Dear All,

Hope everyone doing great. I m facing anissue to lease license in test server from production server.

Please find below screenshot where i just put a production server access point but in test server it fails to open. Showing error "SSL handshake could not performed". Currently using http connection in production server.

I know there is a gateway setting where it could not make connection between production server and test server.

I want to open production server URL in test server.

Any help will be appreciable.

Do you have a valid licence in the PRD ?? check the access of the credential your using

It works perfectly when i connect it with quality server. Yes we are using valid license key. I need to use it for lease license in test server only.

check whether all the necessary security setting are done i.e. in the QMC you need to check the enable lease license .

As the error msg says its not able to exchange information between both the servers , probably you could try with the Https exchange method , check with your Server team once.

Hi Mihit,

sorry if I have misunderstood, but you can't LEASE FROM A Server with a TEST Licence installed.

he is trying to LEASE the license from PRD in Test server not trying to lease the license directly from TEST server

Just checking,

looking at the actual screen shot, it's not even a Qlikview issue as the message is coming from McAfee Web gateway, may be you would be better looking at their community site, e.g

https://community.mcafee.com/
