Lease Licensing not working on Server

Hi,

We have a Qlik server which can be accessed through RDP using 3-4 user accounts. We work on multiple QlikView applications and lease license from the server regularly. However, today we saw that the desktop application is not able to lease a license from the server.

We have already taken care of following

1. user account has a NAMED Cal on the server

2. The Allow License lease check box on QMC is enabled

3. have tried enabling the URL in the Settings-->User preferences--> Locations-->QMC and QV server access point

4. If we try to lease a license using the "Open in Server" option we can open the applications defined in QMC path, however the QlikView desktop application still shows the "Personal Edition" option.

We have tried clearing the licensing and applying the same, restarted the Qlik Services but the issue is not resolving.

Kindly let me know if we can get any resolution.

Check on that you have not trying to exceed the number of Cals you have available, on the Assigned CALs tab.
