In Unicode they have no character for lebanese pound.
What about the below? in Arabic and English. Not sure if they serve your purpose.
='ل.ل.'&num(99,'#00')
=num(99,'#00')&' LBP'
=num(99,'#00')&'.J.J'
If you want just a pound sign try =chr(163)
