Legend Colors Do not Match Chart Colors

Can someone explain why I have colors in my line chart that are not in the legend?  There are yellow and green lines in the chart but not Yellow and Green in the legend.  I have colors set to be persistent. 

When I hover over a point on the yellow line it says the report name is 6.22.15, but per the legend that line is red. When I filter to report name 6.22.15, the line is red and yellow (mostly yellow).

Jessica,

if you look in your chart properties, under expressions. Expand the expression node, and look to see if there's anything set under the 'Background Colour' attribute.

Thank you,I thought I had gone through all the properties!  That was it, I must have cloned another chart to make it.
