License lease from server

-->may be u connected ur machine with anonymous user credentials.could you pls check that.

-->For this issue IT/Net working people will help to you with checking security things.

-->Some times may be Antivirus also gives some issue.

I think firewall is blocking the access.Please check this with network team.
