License not working with QV 11

Hi,

I just installed QlikView 11 IR but the problem is I can not use the license that I am using in version 10, why?

any idea?

Hi,

Are you using a QlikView Server and leasing a license? Then go to the Start page and Open in Server, and identify with your user again. That should lease you a license.

If you mean Personal Edition try opening the file from the Start page, right click on the document, Open Without Data.

I'm using personal edition though I have a license for it.

QlikView prompts me this message:

Hi,

Then check support@qlik.com or your QlikTech sales rep or partner in order to upgrade your license number to version 11.
