License question

Hi all,

Does the user with QV professional license needs QV Server CAL license to view his application through http???

Yes, they do. However, if they do an open in server they should be OK.

Professional license only lets you to create the user layout, and some limited scripting in local qvw files.

For accessing Server Files, you need CAL for sure.

I have just got info from QVS administrator that QV Developer and QV Professional license do not consume QVS Cal. Do anybody know what is official stand for that?
