I want to know that how many times we can change/ Modif ications in the : Named CAL and Document CAL..

Is there any restrictions that we can make changes upto certain level ???? If yes what if we have to buy new lincese

There is no limit to do changes in Named CAL and Document CAL. The only restriction is that changes like removing CAL will be effective 24 hours later. After that, you could assign the new user to the CALs.
