Licensed User Error

When I tried to open a file today, I got this error message:

The file was working fine earlier this morning. I have only ever used Personal Edition and no one else has access to the file, so I don't understand why this came up...Please help!

Personal edition work only when document is created are reloaded by you on same PC .

I called the QlikView Concierge and they said this is a known bug. Deleting project folders fixed the issue.
