Are you looking to compare BI software to review limitations - Birst, LogiXML, Tableau etc? Many software limitations in QlikView can be worked around with some creative thinking.
In reality, limitations are more closely driven by customer expectation. Depending on the data, some charts are more suitable than others. So it is not a question of why an object cannot do something; it is more a question of why would you want an object to display something beyond it's function or design.
