Line Chart with Thresholds as background

Hi,

    we have a requirement to show KPI's by different regions and what we need is a line chart with background color of threshold

ie. line chart on a Scale 0 - 100 with background color red (0 - 30) , yellow (30 - 60), green (60 - 100) as threshold

and on top of it we want to plot KPI values to show trend by year.

Do you have something in Excel that you show exatly how you want it? I guess a combination chart with bar and line would be a possible way to go...
