Link Two Dates Together

I know there is probably a simple answer to this question, but this is my first time having this issue and I can't find a discussion that makes sense to me on the topic. In this table the Quantity(LP_Gal) and Charge(Other_Costs) are in a table that uses OApply_dt and Pigs Weaned(fsPigsProduced) is in a table that uses fsFiscalYear & fsFiscalPeriod. Is there a way to link these two dates together and only have to select the Month and Year one time to effect both sides of table. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
