Link different dates to Master Calendar - Qlik Community

Hello,

Please advise how to link different date fields to Master Calendar.

TableA:

ID, Cateory, Total, Create_Date

1, A, 3, 12/1/11

2, A, 2, 12/2/11

3, B, 4, 12/3/11

4, B, 5, 12/4/11

TableB:

Count, Cateory, Total, Report_Date

100, A, 3, 12/5/11

200, A, 2, 12/6/11

300, B, 4, 12/7/11

400, B, 5, 12/8/11

How to link Create_Date and Report_Date to Master Calendar?
