Linktable Vs Concatenated tables

Does link table with many keys has a bad performance when compared with Concatenated tables?

All depends on your data, datamodel, and datasize. Both works great. My personal preference is with concatenated tables, reason is it's easy to debug and keeps datamodel simple.
