List Box/Always One Selected Value/Enable

Good Afternoon All,

In the list box object ---> Properties ---> General ---> Always One Selected Value is diabled,

I would like to use that option, is anybody know how to enable this option.

First make sure you have exactly one value selected, then bring up properties and it should be enabled
