List Box Sorting not working properly

Hi,


When we close the application or reloading the application filters used(List box) unrelated are showing first(Gray color) and related one are showing lower of the list box(white color)

Hi Usha,

make sure in your listboxes sort options you have State on, and set to Ascending. Looks like you might have it set to Descending instead.

This isn't normal behaviour for Qlik but it is very hard to advise without access to your app I am afraid.

Can you share a sample?

Have you tried creating another app with a listbox and checking if the behaviour is the same?

Hi Marcus,

I have set Frequency as Descending as below, but whenever I reload or reopen the application the Frequency is set back to Ascending.

Do set it to ascending..In place wr it is descending..

It should work..Else send application..Plss give a try as above
