Could you be a bit more specific? What is the different behaviour? Are you using the same user to log in? Which OS / browsers are showing the different results?
Different users are logged in using the same IE,though I have enabled Always One value selected,one user still could make multiple selections,and for some others the the selected values get pushed to the top of the list box and for some its stays the same
