Good Noon Everyone,
Since Yesterday I M trying to find out the list index value from Listbox as per the selection.
But I haven't succeeded in my attempt.
Please, anyone can help me, in fixing the issue.
Thanks in Advance
I want the result = 3
Even I used Getfieldselection still not able to get the required answer.
=SubStringCount(SubField(Concat(Distinct{1} E_CREATED_BY_SYSTEM,','),GetFieldSelections(E_CREATED_BY_SYSTEM),1),',')+1
Thanks Pratyush,
But its not working...
Firstly create a variable such as =getfieldselections([Fieldname])
Then in listbox or textobject write this function
Hi Bijay

Pratyush
qlikcheepirishetty, Thanks for your reply
But sorry to let you know that it's not working.
Hi Pratyush,
Use the below field and make a list box, that's it.
E_CREATED_BY_SYSTEM
CLARIFY
GOLD
LOIS
QUOTO
SESAM
SITE-BULK-UPLOAD
Like this?
FieldIndex('E_CREATED_BY_SYSTEM',E_CREATED_BY_SYSTEM)
whatever I will select in Listbox, Position number will reflect on Text Box
You must use same formula in Gauge chart then it will reflect for sure
But Anil,
I wanted to reflect the same in TextBox.
If it works on Gauge chart then surely it will work on Textbox.
but I didn't get the answer...
Thanks
