List box question

Is it possible to have a list box automatically expand based on the number of values a column has?  For example, I’m using list boxes to display the month and year.  Last week there was only data for March to August.  Now there is data for September which caused my list box to look like the attached image.

Is it possible to set the properties of a list box to automatically expand based on the data without having a scroll bar at the bottom?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,

It's probably not exactly what you were looking for, but you could perhaps force the issue by fixing the width to 6 columns and then dragging the box so that it forms a 2 x 6 grid (2 rows and 6 columns).ListBox_Presentation.png

So that it looks like this

Or this (if you deselect "Order by Column"):

The list box will automatically show all the available values in one line, if there is enough room for all the values. The problem in your picture was caused by the fact that the object wasn't wide enough to fit all the data.

If you pre-define your object with enough space (horizontally), then all your 12 months will fit nicely, when you gather enough data.

thanks!
