Dear Experts,

Could you please advice me on how to implement a List box with  "Minimum one value selected ( Default / Always) and Multiple selection should be possible on the same List Box"

Thanks and Regards,

Karthik

Hi Karthik

Select any value in your List Box and after selecting the value

Use Set Clear State from Selections option present on Top of your Qlikview Window.

It also works with Multiple Selections.

Or you can use,

Select any value in your List Box and after selecting the value

Right Click on your List Box and Select Always One Selected Value.

It will work for you.

make some default selection on opening of the document (i.e. select 1 value in the field and save the document) and then select multiple values as per the requirement.

Dear Nag,

Thanks for the Answer. However, I still have one more issue, which is I have a Clear Button in side the layout. (A Button with an action to 'Clear All'). Upon pressing this button, the list box is a cleared with the selection. Is there any way to implement  "Set Clear State" within the Dashboard?

Thanks in advance,

Karthik
