Hi,

I am unable to search all related items from the listbox using the search option.

I typed 'cigna' but only one record is returned whereas there are two records.

This is happening for other searches also.

 

Same selection is made in both the cases. Checked by clearing all the filters also. I searched for 'Wellpoint' but couldn't find 'HIX - Express Scripts (Wellpoint)'.

I thought that it might be due to brackets but another result is showing names within bracket also. Same selections are made in all the cases.

 

Please let me know the cause.

If you want to do the Wildcard search, you can try to set the "Use Wildcard Search" in

User Preferences -> General Tab.
