We are experiencing some strange behaviour with listboxes in a Qlikview document we created.
When using the desktop GUI, the listbox allows us to select multiple items. (Option "Always One Selected Value" is *not* clicked.) We can also clear selection (select zero items).
However, we randomly see different behaviour when viewing the same document on the Qlikview server via web browser. Sometimes we can select multiple items and sometimes we cannot. It is frustrating. Maybe we are missing an option in the online (web) version?
We tried Ctrl+Left mouse to select mutiple items. Sometimes it works; sometimes not. When the issue occurs, right click to choose *Select All* or *Select Possible* also does not work. Strangely, when the issue occurs, also we cannot clear the selection. These actions are always possible in the desktop GUI for this Qlikview document.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Overall, the Qlikview document design is relatively simple. (The queries are complex, but the final GUI is simple.) We display data in a table (not too large) and have four list boxes as inputs (not too many items for selection). Be design, All of these list boxes allow multiple selection. Strangely, this issue only affects one of the listboxes -- always the same one: the first/top one.
Hi,
I got the same issue and tried many things before finding the solution, the simplest thing, just give a different alias to the field in the list box and reload.
