Listbox sorting different between Desktop Tool and Browser

Dear all,

During the development of a client's database I am encountering the problem that a few listboxes are not sorted the same way between the QV Desktop tool and the browser version:

Desktop Tool View (that's how it should be):

The sorting should be programmed in a way that the enabled option(s) is/are on top, which works fine in the desktop tool, but does not reflect once I open the QV via browser.

Has anybody already encountered this problem, and might know how how this can be solved?
