Loading A Data Table with Multiple Sub-Headings

Hi All,

Fairly new to Qlikview so would appreciate any help you can provide with this question.

I want to load a data table that has headings and multiple sub headings. Please see a basic example attached. I want to be able to filter not just on the headings, i.e. Division, UK etc. but also whether they are actual, budget or YTD so using a pivot table and text boxes to recreate the design of table is not really a viable solution for me. How would I go about doing this?

Appreciate all your help in this.
