Loading Internet file to develop the dashboard (loading internet protected files into qlikview)

Hello Team,

I have been asked to Get the data from the>>>> Web Files>>> Internet File so, i tried to add the link to the excel file which is stored in different internet location but it didn't work.

Because the problem is when i add the UserID and Password to open the file for some reason it is not working as expected so, i tried as mentioned below but even that didn't work.

http://username:password@myserver/site/subsite/file.xls

I checked on the QlikView community but I did not find any suitable answer therefore, can someone have  a look and please provide me your thoughts on loading internet protected files into qlikview.
