Loading Multiple QVD filest

hello,

i have two tables ,

how can i load two tables into two QVDs 

currently iam using insert and update approach using incremental load. now i want to import one more table in same qvw storing into one more qvd.

but first time its loading properly without any error in both the scripts.second time onwards its loading fine for first QVD but in second qvd from table its loading properly after that without any log it is saying execution of script failed.

please help for the same.
