So I lost the argument and instead of being able to load from the source database, I am being asked to use the attached spreadsheet to load into QlikView. I need to load it in such a way as to end up with data items Area, department, team, year, month, Abs (Fte), Avail (FTE), Abscence %, Abscence Estimated Cost - any ideas? The spreadsheet looks like this:
