Lock + Clear = Unlock?

Hello fellow Qlik enthusiasts,

Has anyone experienced the following while accessing a document through the AccessPoint on QlikView 12.0 SR5?

On a open document, select a value in a list box.

Right-click on the list box, and lock the field

Hit the Clear button on the top left of the menu bar

The locked list box is now unlocked

I know I can replace this action by using the "Set Clear State" option, but I would rather be teaching users on the use of the lock functionality, which seems to me as being more obvious to use.

Any comments?
