Logic to be implemented

Hi! i have one senario to be implemented.

I have sample data in the excel attached. As shown i have the data row wise and i want the report column wise as shown.In the excel i have given example for one ID. In my data i have lot of ID's so i want to build a report for all such id. And progress id's coresponding to one ID are not fixed they are mutiple.

So could someone help me on this logic.

pls let me know in case you need some more information.

Please clarify some doubts below:

How many other Assigned teams do you have?

And For each other assigned team do you need a saparate fields.

--other assigned teams can be multiple, there is no fixed no. for it

-- I dont need a separate field for other assigned team, i need them in a row against there  corresponding ID as shown in the excel.

Also i want to shown this  for many id whichy are there in my actual data . In the sample data i have provided data only for one ID. Pls send me a general logic which i can apply on all my data and get the desired output.
