Okay group.  I have this model which has a gross sale amount and a extended amount.  I want to find the difference between the two.  Very simple subtract one from the other.  My problem is sometimes I get a negative (0.00) and sometimes I get a positive 0.00.  Any ideas how to correct this?

Use the Round function to round up/down to the number of decimals you want.
