Login failed - Alternate login page

Hello All

I have a QVSSBE, installed outside the Windows domain. With the default configuration ( Default login page) everything is working well, but the browser was doing Single Sign On, so the user couldn't change the login credentials.

The user wants to be able on to Sign In or Sign Out whenever he wants, so I have changed the Authentication method to:

But doing that, the credentials doesnt' works, and the access point is not available for the user.

Hi ,

please try ur user name because it is cases sensitive in ur case , so if ur user name was there in capital use capital latter or small .... depends up on ur user name ......

Dear Julian,

For any chance you have a special character in your password? Also, I see several issue with alternate login in V11.20 SR3, I would suggest to upgrade to SR8.

Hello,

The problem was the people who was applying the solution. One of our consultants did the first configuration showed on this post and worked Ok!
