Hi Guru's,
We have two qlikview login's ,when i logged as a user-1 I am able to see 6 sheets and when i logged as a user-2 I am able to see 7 sheets. What is the problem , we are not apply any security like section access and conditionally show sheets etc.
Please suggest me .
Thanks,
Satish
Hi,
How many sheets do you created while developing dashboard???
Did you give access to user for creating sheet in access point??
To check that option ,go to document property-> security->Add Sheet.
Regards
This is what might have happened.
If user is allowed to create sheets once he logins & creates a new sheet from the browser that sheet will be visible for that user only.
You can see that in QMC under user documents --> click on the QVW --> Sheet will be shown under Server objects.
Delete that sheet from there.
Best way to manage this is to not grant permission to create a new sheet when it is deployed in to accesspoint.
When you are on qlikview desktop you can disable this by going to Document properties and uncheck "Add new Sheet" under security tab.
Also i would recommend disabling the add new sheet objects in the sheet properties as well.
Sheet Properties --> Security --> Uncheck the things that are not allowed (Usually i will uncheck all) --> Check Apply to all sheets --> click on apply.
Yes, phaneendra.kunche is correct,if you have not implement any section access than that might me the case .
Try to avoid the additional privileges by restricting sheet and document properties
Hi Sateesh,
Check this two options
1. Is the sheets hidden based on users? Like below
Sheet Properties -> Show Sheet -> Conditional - > Some Condition
2. Did you given permission for user to create new sheet in Accesspoint? Check this option in Qlikview - Settings menu
Document Properties -> Security -> Add Sheets
This two things are the possible reasons for this.
Hope this helps you.

jagan.
