Loosing Qlikview Server Licence details frequently?

We are loosing Qlikview Server License details frequently,. Everytime we are entering Serial and control numbers manually.

How can i cope up with this issue? How can i configure the Qlikview server Management Console to maintain the license details permanently.

Your suggestions and help greatly appreciated.
