Lost connection to server while using AJAX

Hi all,

I access Qlikview documents with AJAX and open several documents on the browser, for example, as the red tag #1 in the picture. If I switch tabs of the browser to access documents, they sometimes show “Lost connection to server, Reconnecting”. I’ve taken reference from https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Support-Knowledge-Base/quot-Lost-connection-to-server-Reconnectin... and the solution is useless to my case. I hope someone can suggest me a right direction to resolve this issue.

Since when this happens? Was it ever working and it stopped and if so, what happened in the server when it stopped working (new server, new instance, DNS change, software installed/uninstalled, etc.)?

How are you accessing to the AccessPoint? Via QlikView Webserver or IIS? Is there a load balancer or proxy in front of those?

Just in case, if you are accessing the same QlikView document, that is expected to happen.

Hi,

I access to the accesspoint via web server and find something strang... If I open two documents via ajax and leave them on browser, I open a new document immediately and the status of the other two documents show "Reconnecting". Is there any setting I should fix?
