Lost connection to server

Hi all,

Users have sometime this message with a forced deconnection  after. How avoid this??

Could it be that the session is lost due to inactivity? It is configurable in the QMC, but I think to remember that the default time out limit is set to 30 minutes.

It occurs when user make a large data set selection . So it's longer and they have to wait 1 or 2 minuts. But message and deconnections appears  from 45 seconds!

Do you know where is this parameter in the QMC?

Check the following Article and look for the SocketTimeoutInSeconds setting, that is the one you need to increase in this case to get things to work:
