Macro for getting the value in a text object with a formula

Can anyone help me with the macro because i dont know the right syntax to use.

I have this text object which has a formula in it and i would like to get the value of that text object into another object.

i read that you can do that with a macro but i dont know how.

any help would be much apreciated.
