I have a requirement where I have a table with the dimension (EmployeeNo) and this is a hyperlink (URL format). If a Employee No is selected it should open a new dashboard and the Employee No which is selected should be passed as a parameter (Lets say Employee No is 1234) for another QVW file which has the EmployeeNo and the data reduction has to take place.
