Macro not working on accesspoint for other users

I have the System server Security settings set to allow unsafe macros, allow macro  execution on Server.

In the QVW file I have the macro settings setup to System Access, Local security to allow system access.

When i run through the access point the script runs. When any other tries to perform the macro it does not. What is the reason for this

Are they accessing the document using Ajax rather than IE plugin?

It has to be through browswer and not ioe pluggin.

Also the IE Pluggin shows up for an option for me not them.

Also My Macro works through the browser w/o IE pluggin for Myself. It just does nothing for other users

Generally macros will NOT work when using the Ajax client...
