Macro or whatever to export (and use) Outlook_items (emails)?

Hi,

a lot of critical information that we either get from our customer or that one team sends to another seems to exist only in emails, no lists or anything else. I need to use that info, that's why I ask:

=> Has anyone tried and maybe found a way to export (automatically, I know how to do it manually, but that's a bit much) Outlook_items (emails) and LOAD those into QlikView to parse the files and extract some information?

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,

DataNibbler

Maybe this blog article could give you some idea:

How to Analyze your Outlook Email using Qlik Sense

If you need a more automated solution QVSource also have a special connector:

Thanks Petter!

Any kind of connectors or other add-ons are currently not an option for me because I cannot install anything - the laptops are all remotely administered and no one but them has admin_rights - and the IT_guys are about my 3000th_best_friends 😉

I will have a look at this blog.

P.S.: That connector from QV_Source looks quite good - but that only works on emails, not on tasks if I understand that correctly?

Many teams here on site work with tasks (for ex. the maintenance_team) and they currently type those off into Excel_sheets to do all sorts of charts and statistics on them. If there was a way to load those directly into an application, that would  be something.
