Mail Receipients from list in Alerts

When creating Alert how to add receipents from a list box.

Let say if have 10 users, 5 of them have not done his task, I woud like to add those 5 to the Email recipients

Yes that was my initial thougt but now I thinkg to actully get the addresses from the table object into Outlook "To" field.

Any thoughts?

Robert, i think that using macro is the best option (obviusly if you dont use any extension like Nprinting that could be this function easier)

my doubt is , day by day you have a flag or something that let you know if the user do or dont do the task, dont you?

if you have this, i think that in macro would work ok!
