Mail with Bookmark as a Link - not working

Hi guys,

I am trying to share bookmark by using "Mail with Bookmark as a Link"  option. but another user can not see that bookmark selections

it displays error -:

You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

Even if i am trying to hit same link myself it gives me same message.

Your input will appriciate to me.
