Mailing the Pdf

HI All,

I have created a task in the QEMC for distributing the PDF of an application through mail but i need to add some content in the mail. I dono how to add content in the mail.Did anybody know how to add content in the mail with the attachment of pdf when the task automatically triggered

Hi,

go to QEMC --> System --> Setup. Select folder Distribution Services. Go to Email Templates and there you can add or change the email body

It will be having the same template for all the mails that i am sending through qemc or can i change the mail for every task that i am having

No you cannot, although you can use some predefined variables such as [DocTitle], [DateTime] etc that can help you "customize" your emails fro each file sent, but what you write as text will be static.
