Make one date appear in a table

I have a table with a date and tank level, the tank level is measured every hour. When I have the month of may selected (as an example). I only want the level for the last hour in the fiscal month. What would I do?

If you have FiscalMonth as Field then You can use Max(Fiscal_Month)
