Making a Flag over one field on basis of another field

I am facing a problem on creating a flag(Shipping Status). In my data model, on main fact table we can get the product inovoice(InvoiceNo) wise sale. Now on another table(Shippment) we can find the CommercialInvoiceNo linked with main fact table by OrderId and InvoiceNo(Composite key). Now for some InvoiceNo, Commercial Invoice No is null. So I have to create a flag on the basis of InvoiceNo, i.e. If CommercialInvoiceNo is null on the basis of InvoiceNo then product is not shipped else shipped.By these logic ship status flag will be created. So anyone have any solution then share.

What is the common field in both table? ShipKey?

Unclear from you explanation as your explained fields are not matching with your example field.
