Maps don't show

Hello everyone

I have published an app on accesspoint , the problem is that the maps don't show . I have tried to log in with the services account but  that didn't change anything.

What it´s your map, google or extension?

Have your server internet connection?

the map is an extension and yes there is internet connection on the server.

Have you ever seen this map on your server?

Are you the administrator?

Maybe you need to change configuration on the server (Server picture)

I checked the security tab and the settings are good. Yes I am the administrator.

If you take your map URL and put this into I.E. while on the server, can you retrieve the image that way?

Usually this is a firewall or trust issue

I am guessing you should be able to trace the call the extension is making by using developer tools in IE or chrome (F12)

it was an the extension installation problem at the end.
