Master items in QlikView

In QlikView, is it possible to create and save master items (dimension, measure, visualization) like in Qlik Sense ?

Is it possible to create a map on QlikView without using an extension ?

Usually you could, using scatter chart and google map component API. But google seems to be not much in liking this charity per se, so they don't keep this free API URL persistent. Hence, you may be able to find (not sure though) a free API which is working today, might not work tomorrow. At least, that is what I have seen in the past.
