It is possible in  Qlickview, compare different address and the addresses that are similar to get.

You may construct an algorithmus similar to the Soundex-function. For other languages than English/American there are adaptions created.

Think that there is an adaption called "Kölner Phonetik", which considers some peculiarities of the German language, as a starter you may have a look into
