when you installed QlikView, the manual is automatically extracted from QlikView.
this manual has everything you need including Set Analisys.
"C: \ Program File \ QlikView \ Documentation"

This one has a concise pdf for set analysis. The reference manual as mentioned by Gleybson is the exhaustive one.
